Sally-Anne Blanshard, Career Manager
Sally-Anne Blanshard is the founder and Career Manager for myambition.com and is responsible for writing our blog, creating the interactive products and also personally conducts Career Coaching sessions.
Sally-Anne has over 12 years experience in consulting, specifically in the areas of talent management and career development.
In 2008 she completed a coaching certificate to underpin the advice she has been providing over the years with a methodology that allows you to create positive changes in your career. The Results Coaching Certificate is an intensive program that has a scientific approach to one-to-one and group based coaching. She also holds the Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
Paul Lyons, Group Managing Director
Paul is the Group Managing Director for the Ambition Group, a multinational recruitment firm with offices in Australia, Asia and the UK. Paul Lyons has over 25 years recruitment and careers experience and is also a Chartered Accountant and CPA qualified.
Paul is responsible for overseeing the direction of myambition.com and also contributes his experience when creating our products to make sure they are providing the best possible advice to job seekers.
Emma Collins, Candidate Research Manager
Emma provides personal consultations direct to job seekers who are look for a more tailored approach.
Emma has worked within the recruitment industry for 6 years. Emma’s goal is to empower those who are looking to achieve by providing confidence, encouragement and a positive and realistic approach to job search and career management. She is committed to providing ‘over and above’ support to facilitate the success of those with whom she works.
Emma studied at Sydney University before beginning her career. Currently Emma is undertaking a Certificate IV in Career Development and is actively involved as a mentor with Sydney Community College. Emma spends her time providing one hour career consultation sessions and facilitating engaging training workshops for professionals who come to a junction or who are looking to progress in their career.
